팜팜팜팜 운영팀(SanStudio, 이하 “운영자”)은 팜팜팜팜 이용자의 개인정보를 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 처리하며 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 보호합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보
- 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 내부 사용자 식별자, 가입일
- 게임 정보: 보유 캐릭터, 게임 재화 ‘포’ 잔액, 뽑기 결과 및 재화 증감 내역
- 결제 정보: App Store 상품 식별자, Apple 거래 식별자, 구매 상태와 시각 등 거래 검증에 필요한 정보
- 서비스 이용 과정에서 서버 오류 기록과 접속 관련 기술정보가 제한적으로 생성될 수 있습니다.
운영자는 비밀번호 원문이나 이용자의 Apple 결제수단 정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다.
2. 처리 목적
- 회원가입, 이메일 확인, 로그인 및 계정 관리
- 캐릭터 컬렉션, 게임 재화 및 뽑기 결과의 저장과 제공
- App Store 앱 내 구입 검증, 구매 내역 확인 및 부정 이용 방지
- 오류 대응, 이용자 문의 처리 및 서비스 보안·안정성 유지
3. 보유 기간과 파기
계정 및 게임 데이터는 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유합니다. 회원 탈퇴 시 관련 데이터는 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
다만 결제 확인, 분쟁 대응 또는 관계 법령에 따른 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 필요한 기간 동안 별도로 보관한 뒤 안전하게 삭제합니다. 기기에 저장된 캐시는 앱 삭제 또는 캐시 갱신 시 제거될 수 있습니다.
4. 외부 서비스 및 국외 처리
- Supabase: 회원 인증, 이메일 확인, 데이터베이스와 서버 기능 제공
- Apple 및 App Store: 앱 내 결제, 거래 검증, 구매 내역 확인 및 환불 처리
각 제공자는 자신의 개인정보 보호정책과 관련 법령에 따라 정보를 처리합니다. 서비스 제공 과정에서 정보가 국외 서버에서 처리될 수 있으며, 운영자는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 이용합니다.
5. 이용자의 권리와 계정 삭제
이용자는 앱에서 자신의 프로필과 게임 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 앱의 마이페이지에서 회원 탈퇴를 선택하면 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 정지에 관한 추가 요청은 아래 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다. Apple 결제 및 환불은 Apple 계정 또는 Apple 지원을 통해 처리됩니다.
6. 개인정보 보호조치
운영자는 암호화된 통신, 인증 토큰, 사용자별 데이터 접근 정책, 서버 권한 제한 등을 통해 개인정보를 보호하며 접근 권한을 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위로 제한합니다.
7. 광고와 추적
팜팜팜팜은 개인정보를 맞춤형 광고에 사용하거나 제3자 광고업체와 공유하지 않으며, 다른 회사의 앱이나 웹사이트를 넘나드는 이용자 추적을 하지 않습니다.
8. 방침 변경 및 문의
본 방침이 변경되면 시행일과 주요 변경 내용을 앱 또는 이 공개 페이지에서 안내합니다.

The Farmx4 Operations Team (SanStudio, “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes only the personal information necessary to provide Farmx4 and protects it in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Information We Process
- Account information: email address, nickname, internal user identifier, and account creation date.
- Game information: collected characters, “Po” virtual-currency balance, draw results, and currency transaction history.
- Purchase information: App Store product identifier, Apple transaction identifier, purchase status and time, and other information required to validate a transaction.
- Limited server error logs and technical connection information may be generated while the service is used.
We do not directly store plaintext passwords or users’ Apple payment-method information.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide registration, email verification, sign-in, and account management.
- To store and provide character collections, virtual-currency balances, and draw results.
- To validate App Store purchases, provide purchase history, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To respond to errors and inquiries and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
3. Retention and Deletion
Account and game data are generally retained until the user deletes the account. Related data is deleted without undue delay after account deletion.
Information required for payment verification, dispute handling, or legal retention obligations may be retained separately for the required period and then securely deleted. On-device cache data may be removed when the app is deleted or the cache is refreshed.
4. Service Providers and International Processing
- Supabase: authentication, email verification, database hosting, and server functions.
- Apple and the App Store: in-app purchases, transaction validation, purchase history, and refunds.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and applicable laws. Information may be processed on servers outside the user’s country where necessary to provide the service.
5. User Rights and Account Deletion
Users can view profile and game information in the app. An account deletion request can be made from My Page inside the app.
Additional requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information can be sent to the email address below. Apple purchase and refund requests are handled through the user’s Apple Account or Apple Support.
6. Security
We use encrypted communications, authentication tokens, per-user data access policies, and restricted server permissions. Access to personal information is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
7. Advertising and Tracking
Farmx4 does not use personal information for targeted advertising, share it with third-party advertising companies, or track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
8. Policy Changes and Contact
If this policy changes, we will provide the effective date and a summary of material changes in the app or on this public page.
